We don’t like rules but we thought that we should have some so we don’t get into trouble!

As this network is enabling people to share files it is important that you don’t upload anything that isn’t your own work or that you don’t have permission to share.

You will need to register to upload or download any files and this will also give you access to the forum. Any resources you upload will of course remain your intellectual property.

Please do not upload any resources which are not your own.

We will make an effort to ensure that the resources available on this site do not infringe any third party’s copyright. If you believe that any resources on any exchange-network site infringe copyright, please contact us. Similarly, if you are the owner of a resource on any exchange-network site and want it removed please contact us.

All uploads will be moderated to make sure that there’s nothing that is obviously copyrighted or shouldn’t be here.

We use selected third party sites to provide a preview of files hosted on this site. This involves uploading a copy of your resource to their servers to be converted into the preview that we display on our network site. Consequently, any internet user could syndicate your resource through slideshare.net. If you do not want your resource to have a preview please contact us.

We wont ever do anything with your resources other than host them as outlined above. If you want a resource removed then just let us know.
